My professional background enables me to offer either coaching or mentoring or even a blend of both depending on who the client is and the client needs.

Impact and performance coaching help leaders discover a unique blueprint for getting the most out of themselves and their teams without overwork and overwhelm.

High performance at leadership level is built on a combination of awareness and responsibility.

Coaching enables leaders to become fully aware of themselves, their interactions with others and the impact that these interactions have on their organisation.

Through taking full responsibility for their own actions and developing a more emotionally intelligent leadership style, clients achieve the results they deserve.

Coaching sessions are always driven by the needs of the client.

At the beginning of each session the client defines the agenda for the coaching conversation with an indication of the desired outcome.

My role as a coach is to ask questions that encourage reflection, stimulate new thinking, and help the client to move towards their desired outcomes within a relationship of trust.

Coaching sessions can be emotionally and intellectually challenging and are always goal-focused and action-orientated.

At the start of each coaching engagement the client defines the goals that he/she is seeking to achieve through coaching and the preferred method of measuring results.

Impact and performance coaching is always transformational in nature.

Changes in leadership impact are often measured directly through stakeholder feedback.

Changes in performance, especially at a team leadership level, are also measured indirectly – for example, through the achievement of key performance indicators linked to the coaching goals.

The interval between coaching sessions varies between two and four weeks.

I am always contactable in between sessions if clients want to share new insights, reflections, or issues.

My coaching style is a supportive with a focus on self-discovery, personal responsibility and action-taking.

Clients should expect to be constructively challenged within a psychologically safe environment.

My core values are integrity, making a difference and helping my clients to succeed on their own terms.
